Elaine M. Culver, CPA graduated in 1995 from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and has over 17 years experience as a certified public accountant.

“We provide opportunities as well as challenges for every member of our team,” says Culver. “Professional development is one of our key priorities. Someone once said ‘All that is valuable in human society depends on the opportunity for development accorded the individual’. That someone happened to be Albert Einstein, and in our experience, he knew what he was talking about.”

Elaine started her career as a CPA in Las Vegas, Nevada with Deloitte and Touche, before joining Porter, Muirhead, Cornia & Howard in 1999 and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with active permits to practice in Nevada and Wyoming.

She is responsible for numerous audit engagements involving the financial and compliance audits of local governmental entities including counties and cities, as well as non-profit foundations, for profit private entities, and numerous employee benefit plans.

In addition, Elaine has conducted various seminars on aspects of governmental auditing, the single audit process, and employee benefit plans.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Wyoming Society of CPA’s.
